We are committed to developing and retaining a diverse and talented community of students & staff who will be on the forefront of All City Arts College’s pedagogical innovation.

Student agency is at the core of All City Arts College, and we will focus on establishing a Youth Board drawn from the first student cohort. Its members will be dynamically involved in decision making and given genuine agency to play a critical role in the day-to-day running of the college. Teaching students about the importance of community impact, social justice and creative learning, the Youth Board is a valuable resource for all members of All City Arts College.
