We are a highly experienced team who have worked for many years in mainstream, alternative and informal educational settings. Therefore, we understand the ways in which creative learning in democratic environments can empower disaffected students and re-engage them with learning.

James Fornara is the Founding Principal of All City Arts College, and has worked in education for over 25 years. Once the principal of Wac Arts College, James is dedicated to continuing the work that has made a significant and positive impact on countless young people’s lives.

Supported Internship project co-ordinator and mentor Cy Henry, has over 25 years experience as a professional multi-disciplinary artist, SEN Mentor, Tutor and Mental Health Professional.

After graduating from the MMU with a BA Hons in Creative Arts he has gone on to become an award-winning Poet, comedian and published Author, visual artist and Voice-over, film and stage actor, Director and Producer.

He has worked in speech and language and occupational therapy, mental health and SEN, taught and moderated visual arts at both GCSE and A Level and is a fully qualified Arts Award Advisor.
