All City Arts College provides students with professional mentors from performing arts and creative media employers. These mentors help shape and develop career opportunities in students’ chosen pathways and art forms, becoming valuable beacons of learning for young people.

We have our own All City Arts College mentors and work with a number of other organisations to source these mentors, including: Shadow to Shine, Arts Emergency and Break-Comms.

Whether to build your network, gain fresh perspectives of the professional world, increase that all-important confidence or to make your CV stand out, work experience can positively impact every student at All City Arts College.

With our links to the Roundhouse, the mentoring organisation Arts Emergency and the Creative Mentors Network, All City Arts College can pair students with professionals in the creative sectors, providing pathways into meaningful and long-term employment

Our progression coordinator meets with students to support and develop their progression pathway in further education, employment and training.

Our work experience coordinator develops relationships with industry employers who can provide work experience and career opportunities. We are lucky to have excellent links with performing arts and creative media employers and are developing further relationships to provide work experience opportunities.

Students with additional needs who wish to remain with us post-19 will later be able to access a supported internship.
